Trump looms over G7 after early departure

US President Donald Trump on Monday night left the Group of Seven (G7) Summit in Alberta, Canada, early to take care of the battle within the Center East.

The escalating conflict between Israel and Iran has overshadowed a lot of the gathering, with the leaders signing a joint assertion urging a “de-escalation of hostilities within the Center East, together with a ceasefire in Gaza.”
