Fifa Membership World Cup: Path to the ultimate for Chelsea, Man Metropolis and everybody else
Three-quarters of the Fifa Membership World Cup quarter-final ties have been set – and groups can begin plotting a path to the ultimate.
Chelsea, England’s solely remaining representatives, will play Palmeiras on Saturday, 5 July (02:00 BST).
The Blues reached this stage with an extra-time win over Benfica – in a sport that was delayed for 2 hours due to the climate.
Al-Hilal, who beat Manchester Metropolis in further time, will face Fluminense, who stunned Inter Milan.
European champions Paris St-Germain play Bayern Munich in a gathering of two heavyweights.
There are two remaining final 16 ties to be performed.
