ServiceNow’s acquisition of Moveworks is reportedly being reviewed over antitrust considerations

ServiceNow’s acquisition of enterprise AI startup Moveworks is reportedly drawing regulatory scrutiny.

The acquisition is at present underneath evaluation for antitrust by the U.S. Justice Division, based on Bloomberg, which cited sources conversant in the matter. The probe started in June, Bloomberg reported, and each firms have since obtained a “second request” calling for added data that must be supplied earlier than the deal can transfer ahead.

ServiceNow introduced it was buying Moveworks for $2.85 billion in March. On the time, ServiceNow predicted the deal would shut within the second half of 2025.
