Elevate your favourite avocado toast by including simple peasy poached eggs cooked within the microwave and sprinkling the toast with selfmade “all the pieces” bagel seasoning. You’ll need to double or triple the seasoning recipe — it’s nice sprinkled on, effectively, all the pieces!

Microwave-Poached Eggs on Avocado Toast

Substances

  • 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes

  • 1 tsp caraway seeds

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the dehydrated onion flakes, garlic, sesame seeds, poppy or chia seeds, caraway seeds, and sea salt; put aside. In one other small bowl, mash the avocado. Squeeze the lemon juice over the avocado and blend to mix, then unfold evenly over the toasted bread. Put aside.
