Hawaiian Hen Kebabs & Cilantro Ginger Rice

The flavors of the Pacific (candy pineapple, ginger and soy) accompany bite-sized items of boneless hen on this grilled kebab. The key ingredient? Toasted sesame oil. Its sturdy aroma means it solely takes a small quantity so as to add huge taste. Serve kebabs over cilantro ginger rice for an entire meal.

Hawaiian Hen Kebabs & Cilantro Ginger Rice

  • 3 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (licensed gluten-free if mandatory)

  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 lb (455g) boneless, skinless hen breasts, reduce into 1-inch items

  • 2 cups (330g) cubed pineapple, roughly 1-inch cubes

  • 1 cup (200g) raw jasmine, basmati or long-grain white rice

Instructions

Soak wood skewers, if utilizing, in water for at the least half-hour.
