Chipotle Black Bean Burgers With Avocado Salsa

Canned chipotle chilies give these simple veggie burgers a scrumptious trace of smoke and spice. We mash many of the black beans and depart some complete so the completed burgers have some chew. A hefty dollop of Greek yogurt boosts the protein whereas giving the burgers a splendidly creamy texture inside.

Chipotle Black Bean Burgers With Avocado Salsa

Substances

  • 1 15-oz. (425g) can low-sodium black beans, rinsed, drained and divided
  • 1/3 cup (82g) plain 0% Greek yogurt
