Garlic Parmesan Parsnip Fries with Spicy Yogurt Dip

Garlic Parmesan Parsnip Fries with Spicy Yogurt Dip
Components
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup (25g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp (30g) recent parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup (120g) plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp (15g) recent lime juice
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tsp floor cumin
Instructions
Warmth oil in a small skillet over medium warmth. Add garlic and cook dinner for 30–60 seconds, simply till aromatic.

Preheat the air fryer to 380–400°F (193–205°C).
