Is Friday, June 6, a nationwide vacation? The web is abuzz with a number of studies claiming that the central authorities has declared a nationwide vacation tomorrow, with a few of them claiming that banks and even faculties will stay closed throughout states. This has left many confused, particularly within the wake of Eid al-Adha, also referred to as Bakrid. 

Eid-ul-Adha, one of many main festivals celebrated by Muslims worldwide, is marked on the tenth day of the Islamic month of Dhul Hijjah.

On X, a couple of customers have claimed that Friday is a public vacation, “resulting in nationwide closures”.
