Shreveport’s Chef Niema wins ‘Beat Bobby Flay’
Shreveports very personal Chef Niema has been named winner of “Beat Bobby Flay”.
Following a half-hour-long episode on Thursday night, Shreveport Chef and Govt Chef at Abby Singer’s Niematulai “Niema” DiGrazia prevailed because the winner within the “Beat Bobby Flay”, Season 38, Episode 9, “Struggle Like a Lion”.
This episode featured superstar cooks Eric Adjepong and Jaymee Sire, in addition to native chef DiGrazia and Solomon Johnson.
DiGrazia wore her power and confidence on her sleeve. She mentioned this power was instilled in her at a younger age after escaping Sierra Leone to the neighboring nation of Guinea.
