The stunt performer suing Kevin Costner over an alleged unscripted rape scene on a film set is including some new proof to her lawsuit … specifically, textual content messages she claims she despatched to the ‘Horizon 2’ intimacy coordinator after the alleged incident.
Devyn LaBella is suing Kevin for sexual harassment, discrimination and retaliation and he or she not too long ago amended her lawsuit to incorporate some alleged textual content messages she despatched relating to the scene.
Within the amended grievance, obtained by TMZ, LaBella contains textual content messages she says she despatched to the film’s intimacy coordinator after the incident saying … “I wished to debate yesterday’s abomination once we each have an opportunity … I used to be put in a very mistaken place and it is actually affected me.”
LaBella says she despatched the messages the day after the alleged incident … and he or she says they have been despatched and obtained by intimacy coordinator Celeste Cheney.

As we reported … LaBella says she was “the sufferer of a violent unscripted, unscheduled rape scene” directed by Costner on Could 2, 2023. The stunt performer claims there was no contractually mandated intimacy coordinator current on set the day of Could 2, and that Costner was “both concerned in or totally conscious of each single factor happening.”
She claims Costner instructed actor Roger Ivens in the course of the scene, alleging Ivens “violently rustled” her skirt up “as if making an attempt to penetrate her towards her will” whereas “utilizing his physique and arms forcibly pinning [her] down.”
Costner’s lawyer Marty Singer advised TMZ the lawsuit has “completely no benefit” and claims LaBella is a “serial accuser of individuals within the leisure business.”
