Supreme Courtroom rejects Mexico lawsuit towards US gunmakers

The US Supreme Courtroom has blocked a lawsuit introduced by Mexico that sought to carry American gunmakers accountable for taking part in a task in nation’s battle with drug cartels.

The courtroom voted 9-0 to reject the swimsuit, within the course of upholding a 2005 regulation that shields gun producers from legal responsibility if weapons they produce are misused.

Mexico’s authorities had argued that the “flood” of unlawful weapons throughout the border is a results of “deliberate” practices by US corporations that they are saying appealed to cartel members with their merchandise.
