Britain’s No 1 Emma Raducanu has been drawn in opposition to fellow Brit and world No 302 Mimi Xu within the first spherical of Wimbledon.

Raducanu was knocked out of the second spherical of the Eastbourne Open earlier this week in opposition to Maya Joint, shedding on a final-set tie-break.

Britain’s Katie Boulter has been matched up with the event’s ninth seed Paula Badosa within the first spherical, while Harriet Dart faces Dalma Galfi and Sonay Kartal will play Jelena Ostapenko.

Ladies’s prime seed Aryna Sabalenka comes up in opposition to qualifier Carson Branstine.

Wimbledon’s reigning champion Barbora Krejcikova (Czech Republic) beat Jasmine Paolini (Italy) 6-2 2-6 6-4 to assert the title in 2024.
