Julianne Moore, Shu Qi Headline Bottega Veneta’s Craft Advert

Palms say rather a lot, even with out phrases. That’s the message behind Bottega Veneta’s new marketing campaign, Craft is Our Language. Celebrating 50 years of Intrecciato, the model’s well-known hand-woven leather-based, the marketing campaign honors the artwork of constructing by hand.
Bottega Veneta Craft is Our Language 2025 Marketing campaign

Directed and photographed by Jack Davison with choreography by Lenio Kaklea, the marketing campaign is a tribute to each craftsmanship and communication. It options black-and-white portraits of actors, artists, and creatives, together with actress Julianne Moore, Shu Qi, Zadie Smith, and Lauren Hutton.

Alongside their pictures are hanging photographs of arms which are raised, folded, related, each telling a distinct story. The combination of stillness and motion displays Bottega Veneta’s perception that craft is a shared language. The arms, some wrapped in leather-based, others naked, characterize unity, ability, and emotion throughout generations and cultures.

Each portrait captures a second. Some chuckle, some pause, some gesture. However all rejoice the deep connection between human expression and handmade creation. With this marketing campaign, Bottega Veneta celebrates its Italian heritage. It reaffirms that each gesture, like each weave of leather-based, has which means.
