Rep. LaMonica McIver indicted on federal prices over conflict with regulation enforcement at ICE facility in New Jersey
Rep. LaMonica McIver, D-N.J., was indicted Tuesday on federal prices stemming from a confrontation with regulation enforcement at an Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention middle in Newark final month.
Interim U.S. Lawyer for New Jersey Alina Habba stated in a publish on X {that a} federal grand jury indicted McIver on three counts for “forcibly impeding and interfering with federal regulation enforcement officers.”
